A thread posted to r/ONEPIECETCG on August 14 raised a narrow but consequential rules question about the prerelease Monkey.D.Luffy leader: because the card is treated as having every name, type, attribute, and color, does it also qualify for effects that check whether your leader is monocolored?
The poster's framing is the interesting part. Cards that grant "all colors" typically expand what a leader can host, not what it can claim. Whether "all colors" and "monocolored" can coexist on the same board is a template question, and template questions in this game get settled by official rulings and judge documents rather than by consensus in a comment section.
Why nobody should price it yet
Until the ruling lands, there is no way to model the demand side. If the leader reads as monocolored, a set of existing conditional payoffs suddenly becomes legal in a deck that already accepts any color of support, which is a materially different build. If it does not, the leader stays a pure toolbox and the affected cards stay in their current homes.
