That is the whole event: a rules question, not an errata, not a ban, not a Bandai announcement. No official clarification is attached to the thread. The discussion centered on how a one-shot "set power to 0" instruction interacts with a character whose power is being continuously rewritten by another effect, and on when each layer applies.

We report this as community-surfaced, unresolved. Anyone building around the interaction should treat the thread as a flag for a judge question rather than a ruling.
