Laboon sheds 26.9% and the Chopper event packs drop a third, while OP10 and OP09 parallels post the week's biggest percentage gains.
The week the tournament promos gave it back
The single largest price tag on our loser board belongs to Laboon (Treasure Cup 2025), which sits at $949.73 after a 26.9% week. That is the kind of move that only happens in the thin, event-distributed promo tier, where a handful of listings set the entire print's market. Meanwhile the opposite trade ran in parallel rares, where five cards posted double-digit gains and the top mover added half its value.

Gainers
The leaderboard is a parallel and alternate art story from front to back. Nothing here is a tournament handout; all five are chase treatments pulled from booster product, and four of the five sit under $37.
Two of the five come out of PRB02, which is the only set to appear twice on the board and also shows up in our box EV table below. Buggy is the most expensive gainer at $49.95, and it is the oldest print in the group by set number.
Losers
The damage concentrated in event-issue promos. Both Tony Tony.Chopper (CS 25-26 Event Pack Finalist Ver.) at $500 and the standard CS 25-26 Event Pack version at $124.26 fell by roughly a third, which is a rare case of two numberings of the same card moving in lockstep. When a finalist variant and its base print decline together at 33.3% and 33.1%, the signal is supply reaching the market rather than one listing getting undercut.
Portgas.D.Ace (TR) is the one non-promo on the loser list, down 28.3% to $48.25. It is the only entry among the five losers that came out of a sealed booster channel, which makes its drawdown easier to read as ordinary supply pressure.
Boxes
Every sealed box in our coverage prices above the expected value of what you pull from it. The ratio is simply expected card value divided by box market price, so a reading of 1.00 would mean the cardboard inside is worth exactly what you paid. OP11 leads at 0.76, with a $561.61 box against $426 of expected content, followed by OP14 at 0.73 and OP15 at 0.72.
PRB02 and EB03 trail at 0.66 and 0.59 respectively, with EB03's $313.83 box the widest gap in the top five. Full tables live on the EV page.
Whale watch
Five moves tripped our seaking threshold this week, and four of them were declines. Koby (Treasure Cup) led the list at $137.51 after a 40.4% drop, the steepest single flag on the radar. Spandam (Offline Regional 2023) [Finalist] joined at $29.59 on a 29.5% slide.
The lone upside flag went to Sanji (Online Regional 2023) [Participant], up 27.5% to $56.41. That a participant promo rallied in a week when finalist promos sold off is worth filing away; the tiers are not trading as one block.
The read
The tape split cleanly along distribution channel. Promos distributed through events moved down hard, boosters' parallel treatments moved up hard, and nothing in between did much of anything. Four of the five whale flags and four of the five losers carry the PROMO set tag, which is about as concentrated as a weekly board gets.
The chart above shows how quickly these thin-float prints reprice. With box EV ratios still capping out at 0.76, the sealed side offers no relief either, which keeps the pressure on singles as the way the market expresses an opinion.
