A community deckbuilding thread on r/ONEPIECETCG sends us back to ST04, where the leader trades at $2.41 and every other tracked single is under a dollar.
A builder on r/ONEPIECETCG asked the room for help assembling a Kaido list from ST04 for an Extra Regulation event, which is the kind of question that moves singles far more often than it moves boxes. The answer from our side of the desk is unglamorous: the entire tracked top of ST04 fits inside the price of one mid-tier alternate art. Kaido (001), the card above, sits at $2.41 and is the only ST04 single we track above a dollar.

ST04, the $2.41 starter
We carry no sealed box quote, no MSRP reference and no annualized return for ST04, which is normal for a starter product that sells as a fixed deck rather than a randomized box. That removes the usual set-check math entirely. What is left is the singles tape, and the singles tape for a deck-help thread is the only tape that matters.
The chart on the leader shows the shape: a slow bleed off an all-time high of $2.86, down 2.4% over seven days and 4% over thirty. Nothing here is being squeezed by tournament demand.
Inside the box
With no rip EV to compute, the comparison becomes the cost of the pieces. Here is every ST04 card we price, ranked:
King is the only name in the group with a positive thirty-day print, up 4.3%, though it gave back 4% on the week and still trades under its $0.55 high. Lead Performer "Disaster" was flat over seven days and down 11.1% over thirty, the worst month in the group, against a $0.46 peak.
The graded side
We do not have a PSA population count or a gem rate for ST04, so the usual scarcity read is unavailable. One number does survive: a PSA 10 King carries a $70.46 comp, which is a 146.8x multiple on the raw card.
That multiple is a statement about submission behavior, not about the card. Almost nobody grades a forty-eight cent starter-deck SR, so the handful that exist in a 10 price off thin, occasional sales rather than a liquid market. Treat it as a curiosity rather than a bid you can hit.
Long-term read
There is no Long-Term Score on file for ST04, and no estimate of units opened. What the data does say is that the whole set is priced as a play piece: five tracked singles, four of them under fifty cents, a leader four percent lower than a month ago and still below its lifetime high.
For contrast, this week's tape had Rob Lucci (Alternate Art) up 222.8% to $21.56 and Shirahoshi (022) (Alternate Art) up 56.2% to $44.99. Starter-deck commons do not participate in that market in either direction, which is precisely why an Extra Regulation build around these cards is a cheap one. If you want the sets where the sealed math actually resolves, that lives on the EV page, and the full price list is on the screener.
