A community thread asks whether OP11's Nami rebounds now that Mihawk from OP14 is banned. The set data underneath that question is the real story.
A thread on r/ONEPIECETCG this week posed the kind of question that moves singles before it moves anything else: with Dracule Mihawk out of OP14 legality, does Nami from OP11 get her lane back? We hold no Nami row in this dataset, so the honest answer is to look at what the OP11 tape actually shows, and it shows a set that never needed a metagame excuse to run.

OP11 at 4.9x MSRP
OP11 sealed trades at 4.9 times its $119.76 MSRP, which works out to $24.66 per pack for anyone buying boxes to rip today. Annualized, that is 237% from MSRP, 298% over the past year, and 119% on a three-month basis. Sixteen months past release, this is not a set drifting sideways while waiting on a ban list.
For contrast, OP14, the set Mihawk came from, sits at a 2.2x MSRP multiple and $11.15 per pack, with 51% on the year. Eight months old, and now carrying a headline card that just got legislated out.
Inside the box
Rip EV on OP11 is $431 against that box price, an ev_ratio of 0.73. Every box is negative EV by design, so a number under 1 is the baseline, not a red flag: 0.73 simply says the average rip returns roughly three quarters of what the box costs. That puts OP11 second on our box EV leaderboard, behind OP15 at 0.75 and ahead of OP14 at 0.68.
The card above sits at its own all-time high and has not moved in either direction over seven or thirty days. That is the signature of a chase card priced by scarcity rather than by tournament results, which is exactly why a ban announcement in a different set leaves it flat. The manga Luffy is the only top-five name showing any drift at all, up 0.1% on the week and 2% on the month.
The graded side
OP11 carries 50,339 PSA submissions at an 86% gem rate, with graded copies fetching a 1.7x premium over raw on average. We estimate 325,080 boxes have already been opened. That is a lot of supply through the door, and it is the main reason the gap between raw and slabbed prices stays disciplined rather than explosive.
At the top end the math diverges. The gold SP grades to a 1.3x PSA 10 multiple at $17,100.50 off an 82% gem rate across 1,002 copies, while the non-gold SP carries a 2.4x multiple. High-end grading premiums on this set are a function of which variant you hold, not the set average.
Long-term read
Our Long-Term Score for OP11 is 6 of 10, labelled Moderate. The pull comes from the price ladder at the top and a rip ratio near the front of the pack; the drag is 325,080 boxes of print already cracked and a gem rate high enough that graded scarcity does little heavy lifting.
As for the ban itself, the clearest reading is on the OP14 side of the ledger. Dracule Mihawk - OP14-020 (Alternate Art) is this week's largest faller at $28.66, down 53.6%, while Dracule Mihawk (Manga) still holds fourth in the OP14 top five at $715.34. Whether Nami inherits the vacated space is a play-pattern argument. The sealed math on OP11 was already doing fine without it. More on what got hit this week on the movers screener.
