A sealed OP18 box is marked at $359.79 against $119.76 MSRP, with no release history, zero graded population and a rip EV of $260.
OP18: a $359.79 box against $119.76 of MSRP
The set is not out yet, and it already carries a 3x multiple over MSRP. Our box line for OP18 sits at $359.79 versus a sticker price of $119.76, which works out to $14.99 per pack at market. There is no annualized return to quote because there is no history: our release counter reads -1 months, so every figure on this page is a preorder price with nothing behind it.

The trigger for looking at OP18 today came from the collector side rather than the market side. A thread on r/ONEPIECETCG laid out the practical problem with the new Luffy build from the set: the deck functions, but it cannot search its own pieces. The poster described repeatedly drawing one half of a two-card combo without the other, with no consistency engine to fix it. That is a playability complaint, not a pricing one, but for a set whose chase cards are still being priced by speculation, playability complaints are exactly what moves the floor later.
Inside the box
Rip EV for OP18 currently models at $260 against that $359.79 market box, an EV ratio of 0.72. Every sealed box is negative EV by design, so a number under 1 is the normal state of the world, not a red flag. The useful comparison is relative: 0.72 puts OP18 in the same band as the better-covered sets on our EV page, though with far less data underneath it.
That is a thin top end. Nico Robin is the only card in the set currently printing above ten dollars, and both leaders sit flat on the week at zero percent, which is what you expect when the only liquidity is preorder listings. All three cards are sitting at their all-time highs, a statement that means very little one month before anyone opens a box.
The graded side
There is nothing here. Total PSA population across OP18 is 0, gem rate is unreported, there is no graded premium multiple, and our estimated boxes opened is blank. That is the correct state for a set that has not shipped. It also means the usual grading arbitrage checks on the destruction tracker cannot be run on this set for at least another print cycle.
Long-term read
OP18 scores 0 out of 10 on our Long-Term Score, labelled Unproven. The score is not a judgment on card quality; it is a data availability problem. With no three-month CAGR, no one-year CAGR, no return from MSRP and no graded population, every input the model uses is missing.
What the Reddit thread adds is the variable the model cannot price: whether the set's headline Leader, the card above, actually holds up in competitive play once consistency gets tested. If the search problem is real and unsolved, demand for the Leader at $9.99 rests on collector interest rather than tournament demand. Watch the screener once the set is live and real sales replace preorder marks.
