Hype for OP18 is already running through the collector boards: a thread on r/ONEPIECETCG this week had players locking in their Crocodile build regardless of where the metagame lands. The market is pricing that enthusiasm in advance. An OP18 box currently sits at $358.50 against a $119.76 MSRP, which is a 3x multiple on a product that has not reached its release date yet.

OP18 and the number 3

The months-since-release field on OP18 reads -1. That is the terminal's way of saying this set is still on the launch runway, so there is no annualized return to quote: the 3-month, 1-year and from-MSRP CAGR fields are all empty. Everything below is a snapshot of pre-release expectation, not performance.

At $358.50 a box, the implied cost per pack is $14.94. Pre-release box pricing is a sentiment reading more than anything else, and the chart above will be the honest record once sealed supply actually lands.

Inside the box

Rip EV on OP18 comes in at $260 against that $358.50 box, an EV ratio of 0.72. Every sealed product is negative EV by design, so 0.72 is not an indictment; it means the singles side of the ledger currently values a box at roughly three quarters of what sealed buyers are paying. For context from the EV board, OP11 leads at 0.75 and OP15 matches OP18 at 0.72.

Card No. Price
Nico Robin OP18-031 $29.99
Saint Gunko OP18-060 $9.99
Monkey.D.Luffy (022) OP18-022 $9.99
Monkey.D.Luffy (016) OP18-016 $4.99

The top of the chase list is thin. Nico Robin, the SR shown in the tiles above, is the only OP18 single above ten dollars, and it carries a 7-day change of 0 percent, with its all-time high equal to its current price. Same story on both leaders at $9.99: flat week, all-time high at the current ask. That is what a pre-release price sheet looks like, placeholder quotes waiting for real volume.

The graded side

PSA population total for OP18 is 0. Gem rate, graded premium multiple and estimated boxes opened are all blank, because nothing has been cracked, submitted or returned. There is no slab arbitrage to model here yet, and no pop-report ceiling to argue about.

When packs do start moving in volume, the destruction tracker is where the opened-box estimate will show up first, and that number is the one that eventually decides whether a $29.99 SR holds the line.

Long-term read

OP18 scores 0 out of 10 on the Long-Term Score, labeled Unproven. That is mechanical, not editorial: the model needs release history, graded population and realized price action, and OP18 has none of the three. Any set at -1 months would read the same way.

What we can say is the setup. Sealed is at 3x MSRP, singles EV covers 72 percent of that, the chase card is a $29.99 SR, and the pop report is empty. Those four facts will move fast once the set is actually in hands. Track the individual cards on the screener as the first real sales print.
