The loudest number in OP10 this week is not the Law secret sitting at the top of the set. It is Smoker (001) (Parallel) at $34.78, up 113.5% over seven days and flagged in our whale tracker at seaking severity. The trigger, surfaced on r/ONEPIECETCG, was a thread asking whether OP10 Smoker inherits the shell left behind by the banned Mihawk leader, or whether the deck is a fraud dressed in ban-list optimism.

The other side of the trade is visible in the same tape. Dracule Mihawk - OP14-020 (Alternate Art) is the week's worst loser at $28.66, down 55.4%. Two cards, one ban, roughly mirrored percentage moves.

OP10 and the 2.1x that will not budge

OP10 sealed trades at $250.74 per box against a $119.76 MSRP, a 2.1x multiple 18 months after release. Annualized from MSRP that is 62%, while trailing one-year CAGR prints 152% and the three-month figure cools to 13%. Cost per pack works out to $10.45.

That deceleration matters more than the headline CAGR. A set whose one-year return is 152% but whose last quarter annualizes at 13% has already done most of its repricing, and single-card ban news is now the main thing moving the needle.

Inside the box

Rip EV is $85 against the $250.74 box, an ev_ratio of 0.34. Every sealed product is negative EV by design, so a number under 1 is normal; 0.34 simply says buyers are paying roughly three dollars of box for one dollar of expected singles. For context, the current EV leader board tops out at OP15 at 0.75, and the full list lives on the EV page.

Card Number Price
Trafalgar Law (119) (Manga) OP10-119 $688.88
Edward.Newgate (SP) ST15-002 $252.12
Sanji (SP) ST14-003 $135.68
Uso-Hachi (SP) ST18-001 $113.35
Portgas.D.Ace (TR) OP08-052 $79.97

The card above anchors that list. Law is off its $833.50 all-time high, down 1.5% on the week and 2.6% on the month, and the chart shows the grind rather than a cliff. Newgate sits close to its own $257.63 peak, Sanji is essentially flat at plus 0.5% over 30 days. Note also that Charlotte Flampe (SP), an OP10 card, is down 51.5% to $27.28, so the ban fallout cut inside this set too.

The graded side

OP10 has 30,370 PSA submissions logged with an 87% gem rate, and graded copies carry a 1.9x premium to raw on average. Law's own population is 2,630 at 87% gem, with PSA 10s at $1,075 for a 1.6x multiple. Newgate grades at 88% across 2,517 submissions, Sanji at 85% across 1,608.

We estimate roughly 302,040 boxes have already been opened. An 87% gem rate on that kind of print run means graded supply is abundant rather than scarce, which is why the premium multiple stays modest.

Long-term read

Our Long-Term Score for OP10 is 3 out of 10, labelled Unproven. The drag comes from the combination already described: a 0.34 EV ratio, six-figure estimated boxes opened, a high gem rate, and three-month momentum at 13% against a one-year figure of 152%.

What the Smoker move shows is that competitive news can still reprice an individual OP10 card by triple digits in a week without touching the set's structural profile. Whether the deck is real or a ban-week mirage is a question for the tournament results, not the tape. Track the rest of the week's moves on the screener.
