An official EB-05 errata touching Nico Robin surfaced through the collector community alongside new OP-18 product news. Here is what the sealed and single tape says.
EB05 at $317.86: a 2.7x box with no track record
An official errata covering an EB-05 card, with Nico Robin named as the headline correction, circulated through the collector community this week, arriving at the same time as word of additional OP-18 products. Errata rarely move sealed prices on their own, but they do force people to look at a set they had stopped looking at. So look: EB05 boxes are trading at $317.86 against a $119.76 MSRP, a 2.7x multiple, and the set is zero months past release. There is no annualized return to quote yet, because there is not enough history to compute one.

Inside the box
Rip expected value on EB05 sits at $313 against that $317.86 box, an EV ratio of 0.99. Every sealed product is negative EV by design, so a ratio under 1 is the normal state of the world, not a warning. What 0.99 does say is that the singles market has not yet discounted the box the way it does with mature sets: the gap between what a box costs and what it statistically returns is currently about as thin as it gets. Compare that to the EV leaderboard, where OP11 leads at 0.77 and EB03 sits at 0.60.
Singles are shallow at the top. The card above is the set's only card above $25, and it is flat on the week.
At $13.24 a pack on the secondary market against $4.99 at MSRP, the ripper is paying up for a chase ceiling of roughly thirty dollars. That math is why thin-top sets usually drift toward their EV rather than away from it.
The graded side
There is nothing here yet. Total PSA population across EB05 is 0, which means no gem rate, no graded premium and no estimated boxes opened. That is expected for a set at month zero of its life, and it is also the reason the errata matters more to players than to slab buyers right now. Graded supply arrives in waves roughly a quarter after release; until then, the raw Nico Robin (016) price at $29.99 and its all-time high at the same figure are the entire data set.
The errata itself changes text, not scarcity. Historically, corrections that clarify an ability without reprinting the card leave print runs untouched, so the pop curve should track normal release behavior regardless.
Long-term read
EB05 scores 0 of 10 on our Long-Term Score, labeled Unproven. That is a statement about missing inputs, not a verdict: no CAGR, no graded premium, no population, no months of price history. The score will move as soon as any of those series fill in.
The nearer catalyst is OP18, with an English release listed for Nov 20, 2026 at $4.99 a pack and $119.76 a box of 24. Sealed is already marked at $351.70, a 2.9x MSRP multiple, against an EV of $260 for a 0.74 ratio, which is the shape of a set whose chase cards carry the box. Nico Robin at OP18-031 tops that list at $29.99, the same figure as her EB05 counterpart. Dates and live sealed marks sit on our pre-orders page.
