Bandai dated EXTRA BOOSTER -ONE PIECE HEROINES EDITION vol.2- for October 30. The preorder tape already has boxes at $353.98 against a $119.76 MSRP.
Bandai put a date on the second Heroines Extra Booster on October 16: EB-05 lands October 30, 2026, with 75+2 types, a new Nico Robin leader built around Wisdom attribute characters, six SP designs and an alt-art illustrated by To Love-Ru creator Kentaro Yabuki. The product has not shipped and the secondary market has already priced it like a chase set.

EB05 and the 3x problem
EB05 sits at a 3x multiple to MSRP before a single pack has been legally opened. That is a preorder and allocation number, not a demand curve: months since release is zero, so there is no 3-month or 1-year CAGR to quote and no annualized return to anchor against. Everything below is a snapshot of expectation, not performance.
The per-pack figure tells the same story from the other end. Singles-market packs are changing hands around $14.75 each against a $4.99 pack MSRP, which is the kind of spread that usually compresses once distribution normalizes, or does not, depending on print.
Inside the box
Our rip EV for EB05 currently reads $150 against that $353.98 box, an ev_ratio of 0.42. Standard caveat applies and bears repeating: every sealed box in this game is negative EV by design, so a ratio under 1 is normal and not a scandal. The useful comparison is relative. The current EV leaders run from OP11 at 0.75 down to EB03 at 0.59, which puts EB05 at the bottom of that range.
The named card list is thin, because the set is barely priced. Two cards have real marks:
The card above is carrying the set. Alvida's all-time high and her current price are the same number, which is what a chart looks like when it has one data point and no history behind it. Expect the EV figure to move materially once SP and Yabuki alt-art pulls start printing sale records.
The graded side
PSA population for EB05 is 0. No gem rate, no graded premium multiple, no estimated boxes opened, because none of those exist yet for a product that is tournament legal seven days after October 30. Anyone quoting you a PSA 10 comp on a Heroines vol.2 card right now is quoting air. Track the destruction data once submissions begin if you want to know how much of the print is actually getting cracked.
Long-term read
Our Long-Term Score for EB05 is 0 out of 10, label: Unproven. That is not a bearish call. The score is driven by realized price history, graded supply and set age, and EB05 has none of the three. It will stay at zero until the set accumulates enough tape to be scored on something other than hype.
The comparable worth watching is EB04, where Megalo (Alternate Art) just ran 50.1% in seven days to $39.85. Extra Booster alt-arts can carry a set long after box supply catches up. Whether EB05's Robin build does the same is a November question, not an October one. The screener will have the answer first.
